Due Diligence pre-sale activities 1-6 are completed up-front with no financial risk to customers in terms of procurement commitment.  This risk free due diligence phase allows customers to make informed decisions about XL System benefits based on actual electrical and operational conditions measured at their facility over a 24x7 period of time.  

Implementation post sale activities 7-10 include procurement and integration of XL Systems into existing electrical distribution systems.  XL System performance is measured in the last 2 steps to verify the installed XL System has achieved or exceeded the customer's "Performance Specification" in terms of the guaranteed energy cost savings amount and ROI payback period.
